- 3D commands.
- How to convert 2D Drawing in to 3D Drawing.

- How to Read and Use of Vernier, Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge.
- Basic Introduction of lathe, Milling, Surface grinder, Drilling Machines.

- Basic awareness of Instruments and Their Physical uses.
Measuring Instruments:- Vernier Caliper, Vernier Dial Caliper, Micrometer, Vernier Height gauge, Depth Gauge, Bevel Protector, Block Gauge, Radius Gauge, Thickness Gauge, Thread Gauge, Bore Gauge, Combination Set, Surface Plate, Hardness Tester, Bursting Tester, Rubber Hardness Tester.
Based Instrument:- Profile Projector, Tool Makers Microscope.
4. Proto type Shop (2week)
- Basic Introduction of Lathe Machine and Precautions to be taken during Machining Operations. Operation of Lathe Machine and used Tools. Practical Exercise – Facing, Turning, Taper Turning, Step Turning, Knurling.
- Basic Introduction of Milling Machine and Precautions to be taken during Machining Operations. Operation of Milling Machine and used Tools. Practical Exercise- Facing, Slots, Boring,
- Basic Introduction of Surface Grinder and Precautions to be taken during Grinding. Operation of Surface Grinder and used Tools. Practical Exercise – To Make a Right Angle Job through Grinder.
- Basic Introduction of Drilling Machine and Precautions to be Taken Operation of Drilling Machine and used Tools. Practical Exercise- Drilling in a given Job.
